1. General

When you place an order on our website www.seans.us, you automatically agree with our terms and conditions as follows. Sean's has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If you receive articles which you did not order, you are obligated to inform Sean's immediately. In case Sean's provided you incorrect information, you must inform Sean's directly. Also changes or incorrectness of your billing or shipping information you should notify Sean's right away.

2. Shipping Costs

For packing, checking, transportation and delivery of your order; Sean's charges a fee of €9.00 per order. Domestic (within The Netherlands) orders are shipped free of charges.

Sean's can not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders after Sean's have shipped your order. Sean's always send you a shipping number to track and trace your shipment. Sean's can not be held responsible if the delivery company chooses to deliver your order to a different address than you provided Sean's.

3. Orders

All underwear, lingerie and or cloths are generally in stock. However occasionally it can be the case that an item is temporarily not in stock. In this case Sean's has the right to keep your order on hold for a period of one month. If delivery takes longer than one month Sean's will give you a discount of 10% on your total order.

However if Sean's is not able to deliver, you will be informed and the order will be canceled. All delivery periods and or time are an indication and do not lead to any legal binding terms.

4. Exchange and Returns

Because our lingerie and other clothes are from Europe and are made in European sizes; Sean's provides resources on the website (http://www.seans.us/size-chart.html) for you to determine your correct size. Exchange or Returns of all strings, briefs, panties and shorts are not allowed due to hygiene reasons. All other items can be returned within 5 days after delivery. Please take notice that we deduct €9.00 for the shipping and handling costs of international order. For domestic orders we deduct €2.00.

Returns should also meet the following requirements:

• notify Sean's of returns within 2 days after delivery,

• all costs and risks of the returning the shipment are for the sender,

• all items should have the original labels attached, in the original packaging and not used,

• the returned order should include: name, ordernumber, reason of return and your account information.

Returned orders which does not apply to the above terms will not be processed.

5. Address Changes

You are obligated to inform Sean's via info@seans.us of any change of address. In case Sean's does not receive a change of address notification, you are held responsible for wrongly delivered orders.

6. Dutch: rules and regulations

Please note that all rules and regulations of Sean's are subject to Dutch law.
